sound: Doctor Gradus ad Parnassum, Claude Debussy (1906, French); Francois-Joel Thiollier, piano

Each day between Ash Wednesday (March 5, 2014) and Easter (April 20, 2014) you’ll receive a brief scripture passage, written prayer, art work & music in your inbox. We hope it will be a help to us all in prayer and reflection.

We’ll consider our need of the salvation that Jesus Christ provides, and our desire to grow in His grace.  We’ll  walk the road to the Cross, and hope in Christ’s resurrection together.

Something More:  Several of you have been asking for some commentary on the elements of this blog. From time to time, I may offer some brief thoughts the end of a post. For this one, you are mostly on your own.  I can say that Mark the Evangelist, Debussy & Klee are reminding me to not take myself too seriously as I start this year’s project.  King Jesus is at hand, and it’s a joy to turn to Him together.
