The time is fulfilled,
and the kingdom of God is at hand;
repent and believe
in the gospel.

I know the start of Lent is a month away, but I wanted to let everyone know that I’ll be putting together daily readings for Lent 2017. Since folks have been asking– feel free to share this with your friends or use this any way you want with you church or fellowship.
If you haven’t signed up yet, go ahead and register your email to follow this blog. In most browsers, just click the blue “Follow 2017 Lenten Readings” button below the masthead, and you are in business. It’s easy.
Then you’ll receive an email with instructions on how to confirm your registration.
Each day between Ash Wednesday (March 1) and Easter (April 16) you’ll receive a brief sentence of scripture, related quote, art work & music in your inbox. We hope it will be a help to us all in prayer and reflection.
This year, our readings focus on prayer as a means of grace, and the God who hears our prayers. We’ll walk the road to the Cross, and hope in Christ’s resurrection together.
